Here is my final video. It is a video of how our reading program works. I the photos in my video were edited. I added a slide in the video describing how they were edited. The first picture was edited with the magic wand tool and the paint bucket. I repaired a glare from the sun on the floor. The next photo was edited by sharpening the lightening the color of the photo. The last photo was cropped to focus in on the children working. I cropped and clipped a lot of the video.

My podcast

This podcast was designed as a sort of newsletter for my parents. I will post a new one monthly, and it will discuss new information, new things we are learning, and an update on what went on the past month. I edited three photos. The first photo, I cropped it, and used the color tools to sharpen the photo. The second photo, I created a photo collage of photos that I took during Dr. Seuss week. The last photo were two photos I found online and I merged them together, and I provided the sources on the photo. Enjoy!

My name is Kelsy Sherwood. I am a kindergarten teacher. I teach in Wymore, Nebraska. I went to under grad at Creighton University. After that, I went to Peru State to receive my early childhood endorsement.
I have grown up with computers. I have used both Macs and PCs, but until recently I was a PC person. Now that I have a Mac in my classroom, and I use it for EVERYTHING, I have learned to really enjoy the Mac. I am not one hundred percent sure of the version of Word (because I am still learning with the Mac), but it says Microsoft Office X. I am assuming that is the version I am using.
I went to Peru State to get my early childhood endorsement. It was all online, and I loved the convenience that it provided. When I heard that they were offering a Cohort program, I was excited. I love how I do not have to go to a classroom, and sit through lectures. Someday, I would like to teach a few classes at the college level, and with my Masters, I will be able to do that. For now though, I am planning on continuing to do what I am doing.
